Customer programme to integrate two recently merged IT infrastructure environments and to support the sourcing process for the resultant architecture, focussing on Windows Client & Server, LAN/WAN/Telco, z/OS Mainframe, BS2000 Mainframe, SAP and IBM Tivoli Service Manager.

Project Co-Lead for Infrastructure Systems Integration as part of a major bank merger and post-merger integration. Co-managed a project of five work streams (approx. 80 persons) to ensure integration of supporting IT products (e.g. database systems, messaging and middleware, systems management) as part of the merger of two banks.
Coached and supported the customer project manager in the reinitiating of a failing project. Implemented standard project management tools (risk & issue tracking, progress tracking, etc.). Further coached customer project manager in running of the project. Lead project during prolonged absence (2 months) of customer project lead.
