Effectively manage performance of a 20-member global and cross-functional team in addition to strategic departmental planning, program management, and enterprise project management. Supervise and mentor diverse and multinational/remote teams as an Agile coach and leader. Oversee a budget in excess of 40M Euro in addition to resource allocation and continuous process improvements. Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to devise cybersecurity strategies for IT, OT, and IoT projects and promote new security solutions across the organization.

  • Successfully established a high-performing team of 20 cybersecurity architects with roles dispersed across Europe.
  • Developed and implemented a Security-by-Design method across more than 70 projects to drive security innovation in line with business objectives, reduce costs through both enabling and preventative methods, and embed security methods and tools into solution design and implementation to minimise downtime and interruptions.
  • Drove transformation of group baseline security through functional governance of 10 projects with a budget of over 40M Euro.
  • Effectively co-developed Future Operating Models for Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture of new E.ON after innogy acquisition.
  • Founded and grew a Security by Design Guild as a leader in cybersecurity implementation, driving growth from zero to 95 members.

Aligned with both service owners and business stakeholders to define the Target Big Picture and then to develop the roadmaps to achieve organisational goals. Managed a 15-member team widely dispersed across Europe as a program and project manager. Excelled in an initial role encompassing Architecture, Security, and Rapid Prototyping of IT Infrastructure solutions; drove hands-on solution planning and problem solving in addition to major project management. Led budgeting and resource allocation, continuous process improvements, and Agile coaching/mentorship.

  • Successfully managed a project to create the new global Target Operating Model for Cybersecurity.
