Led and managed a team of highly skilled Security, Risk, and Compliance Managers to globally enable the Digital Transformation of The Adecco Group. Defined and aligned business and security goals with both service owners and senior business stakeholder. Identified and managed threats and opportunities within the transformation activities, ensuring these are aligned with Security, Risk, and Compliance requirements of the Group.

  • Defined the requirements for an effective, business enabling SRC function, justifying doubling the FTE baseline to 4 FTE within the first six months towards meeting the organisation’s demand.
  • Drove identification, reporting, and tracking of strategic risks within the Digital Transformation. Initiated appropriate compensatory measures to ensure the organisations risk appetite is not exceeded.
  • Set up a joint virtual team of Architecture, Development, and Security to improve and streamline the software development pipeline and to create a group-wide foundation of Security by Design.
